Outreach and research activities involve watershed and rangeland hydrology and the interaction between land use and management activities and water resources. Research interests include: measurement and modeling spatial variability of infiltration; effects of fire, land use, and management practices on hydrologic and erosion processes; and measurement of soil moisture and hydraulic properties.
