Kentz WillisUW nutrition, food safety educator to serve Johnson, Sheridan counties 

A nutrition and food safety (NFS) educator serving Johnson and Sheridan counties will join the Sheridan County office of the University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service (UW CES).

Kentz Willis will begin work Aug. 18 and will be based in Sheridan. Willis will complete his master’s degree in food and human nutrition at the UW this month.

Willis, a graduate of Lovell High School, received his bachelor’s degree in nutrition and food science from South Dakota State University (SDSU) in 2004. In addition to his nutrition background, Willis has also worked as a personal trainer and was a collegiate athlete at SDSU.

 “Kentz’s knowledge in exercise physiology will be an asset to the NFS initiative team,” said Susan James, federal relations and staff development coordinator for UW CES.
