INCOMING PACKAGES

   Please see "Delivery/Pickup Schedule" page for times of delivery for incoming packages.

No personal packages can be delivered by Shipping & Receiving.  We will call you and you will have to pick up at Shipping & Receiving.

Points of Interest

• Only one drop-off / pickup location is allowed per department.

• S&R cannot open or unpack any packages arriving at the University.

• S&R does not receive incoming packages directly from vendors.

• NO personal packages can be accepted at S&R.  They will be refused.

• If a package is opened it cannot be refused.  The department will then have to pay for the package to be sent back.

Helpful Hints

• Get the right package at the right time---Have the shipper put the correct information on your package---

• It would also help in any reference lines to have the following---
  • PO Number 
  • University PO Box Number
  • Your telephone number

• DO NOT order before your are ready to receive!  S&R cannot store items for you.  S&R does not have enough room for this purpose.  Make sure you are ready to receive your items when they arrive at the University.
