Notify S&R that you will be having a COD package coming in.

When the packages arrives, S&R will call you to get the funds.

The UPS, FedEx driver will leave the package at S&R till he/she returns for pickups in the afternoon (see schedule).

The department will need to get a check processed through Accounts Payable for the COD package.  Most likely this will require a "walk it through" process.

Bring the check to S&R. You will be able to get your package at that time.

If you do not get a check, the package will be re-delivered the next day.  This process will only happen twice before the package is sent back.
