What is a call-tag?

    A pre-addressed label sent by a company to pay for the shipping costs back to them.

How S&R handles call-tags-

  • S&R receives the call tag from UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

  • Most of the time, you will have three days only to prepare a call tag package.

  • S&R will call you to make sure you have the package and it is ready to be shipped.

  • If it is ready, S&R will put you on the pickup list to pickup the package.

  • You do not need to fill out a shipping request for this package.

  • Your department will not be billed for this package.
