WELCOME

Student Educational Opportunity (SEO) is a unique department within the Division of Student Affairs hosting both campus-based and statewide outreach projects. The common purpose that unites the programs is service to special student populations that are economically disadvantaged, first-generation college students, ethnic minorities, students with disabilities, veterans, and/or individuals from underrepresented groups who aspire to enter graduate degree programs and to help them access educational opportunities and to achieve academic success.

SEO is composed of numerous projects, many of them funded by federal grants, and all working to provide services that promote access to higher education in Wyoming.  Most of these projects operate on federal funding or a mix of federal and institutional funding.
