Glass Shop
The
Glass Shop is a well-equipped facility staffed by a Master Glass Blower.
Design assistance, as well as fabrication and repair of all types of
scientific glass apparatus, is provided to researchers. Among its recent
fabrication projects the Glass Shop lists quartz sample holders, liquid
nitrogen dewars, and high-vacuum systems. Our inventory includes Pyrex
tubing, ground joints, stopcocks, fritted disks, quartz tubing and various
associated supplies.
