Residence Life Outdoor Adventure Program


The Residence Life Outdoor Adventure Program offers students living in the residence halls a multitude of chances to participate in various outdoor opportunities throughout the school year.  During the warmer months activities include hiking, biking, and caving.  Throughout the colder months there are a number of skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing trips.  Trips are offered free of charge or at minimal cost to students.  The RLOAP office is located in Hill Hall, room 137 and offers a multitude of free equipment rentals, which are listed on the Equipment/Rentals page.

10/15/09: The Residence Life Outdoor Adventure Program will be hosting a promotional meeting in the West Rendezvous Room and will feature the movie TGR's Anomaly. This will be shown to spark students and residents interest about the upcoming winter season. Additinally, the meeting will help raise awareness about avalances during the winter season.


09/15/09: The Residence Life Outdoor Adventure Program has a new student. Logan Maclean, is a student majoring in Secondary Education and will be running RLOAP this year. He grew up in the foothills of the Wind River Range in Pindale, Wyoming, just south of the Jackson area and sees outdoors as a lifestyle.
