Facilities Management

 

Facilities Management provides support to the Physical Plant’s mission in three distinct ways.  The Mechanical and Structural Trades provide the resources and expertise to respond to repair calls from departments on campus, as well as perform routine maintenance services on an ongoing basis.  Project Management and Facilities Engineering provide a complete construction service consisting of design, estimates, contract management, scheduling, and construction.  Behind the scenes, Preventive Maintenance ensures that the equipment in the buildings is maintained properly.
