Our function is to be the "Contractor of Choice" by providing construction, maintenance, and repair services that delivers a finished product, which meets the customer's needs, under budget, and on time.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK FORCE
The University of Wyoming Physical Plant is comprised of five major functional areas. Select a link from the menu on the right to learn about each area:

Facilities Management provides maintenance and repair, in-house construction management, and engineering services to the University community.
Facilities Services provides grounds, custodial, technical, waste, recycling, equipment, and moving services.
Utilities Management provides management, engineering and planning for campus wide utilities, including steam, water, irrigation water, chilled water, compressed air, and storm and sanitary sewer.
Business Services provides business operations support including accounting, human resources, computing, and warehouse management.
Jacoby Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course open to the public and operated by the University of Wyoming.
