When sending an e-mail, please include your name, contact information, and a brief summary of the type of assistance you are seeking or the conflict you are involved in.

Once a request for mediation services has been made, our staff will initiate an "in-take process", making sure that the conflict is suitable for mediation and that all parties involved are willing to voluntarily enter into the mediation process. Both parties will be asked to review and sign the "Agreement to Mediate" form and bring this with them to the mediation session.
