Including the in-take process and the actual mediation session, most people dedicate no more than 3 hours in total to the mediation process. Compare this to the amount of time the problem consumes in your life, or how much time you spend thinking about the conflict.

How quickly can the process be started?

In general terms, as quickly as you would like. Once we have reviewed your dispute with you and have confirmed that the other person (s) involved is also willing to go into mediation, the meeting is scheduled at your convenience.
