Computer Training Opportunities
The Division of Information Technology provides hands-on computer training
for the University of Wyoming. Computer training workshops are developed by staff in
Information Technology. Hands-on workshops are conducted in room 425, Wyoming Hall.
Lecture/demonstration seminars are also presented on specific topics. This
program provides computer training in Microsoft and Adobe software for university
faculty and staff.
Self-Paced Training Opportunities:
The computer training lab in Wyoming Hall is open at specific times
during the week for the use of computer-based tutorials, and to
provide individual opportunities for one-on-one consulting.

Students are eligible to log into Microsoft’s E-Learning Web site for training on many popular Microsoft applications.

Instructional
Computing Services, in the Ellbogen
Center for Teaching and Learning, offers short ad hoc workshops on specific technical
skills for the enhancement of teaching for faculty. All E-CTL workshops, and other activities, are free to faculty.
