Honors Living
The University of Wyoming Honors Program
has several options available for those students who want to live with
other students in the Honors Community. These living arrangements offer
interaction with other honors students in a setting that invites a
diversity of thought, opinion and culture.
The Honors program also works with the
residence halls to make available two floors reserved exclusively for
students in the Honors Program. Students on these floors are often
enrolled in similar classes, and these floor offer opportunities to
discuss ideas and opinions introduced in class. In addition to their
classes, students on these floors often share their passions for sports,
music, literature and travel. Often students find that they share
common professional and academic goals with others on their Honors
floor. This program is administered through the
Department of Residence
Life and Dining Services.

The Honors House
NEW HOME FOR
THE HONORS HOUSE

The
old Honors House will soon be history, replaced by this 1926 mansion. A
$1.6 million renovation will restore the house to its former glory.
Thirty-two happy students move in next September.
Demand for accommodation in the Honors
House is high each year, and applicants are encouraged to apply early.
Placement preference is given to upperclassmen and those already living
in the house.
