Discretionary funds generated from your gifts allow us to:
- support research by students and faculty;
- send students and faculty to conferences to present their research;
- invite scholars to campus to give lectures and to work with students and faculty.

The History Department seeks to endow a chair in Western U.S. history, to be named after T.A. Larson, author of the monumental History of Wyoming and long-time member of the History Department faculty. If you are interested in making a gift on this scale, either to honor the memory of T.A.
