  • ASSIST with benefited staff Fair Labor Standards Act (exempt or non-exempt) determinations and with interpretations of Human Resources and University policies.
  • AUDIT benefited staff positions when position has significant changes.
  • Audit NEW benefited staff positions for placement within the staff Classification/ Compensation system.
  • MAINTAIN market-based benefited staff salary system through salary surveys, research and analyses.
  • Administer Presidential Directive 4-2007-1 Staff Classification/Compensation Plan.
  • Provide ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS for benefited staff position ADVERTISEMENTS.
  • Resolve issues on HRPRD (PeopleSoft) on position, titles, salary, or class/comp data.
  • Provide CLASS/COMP SYSTEM maintenance or organizational studies.
