University of Wyoming

Benefit from Our Vision,
Contribute to Our Strength

Welcome to the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at the University of Wyoming.   We are located in the College of Agriculture, and are committed to strengthening rural families and communities.

But our students are prepared for more than rural America! The world is more complex, and solving problems and being competitive in the workplace requires new skills and new solutions.   Our students are equipped with tools for success in the 21st Century. They are as comfortable working in the small towns of Wyoming as they are in Los Angeles, Houston, or New York City.
