Suzy Pelican, a food and nutrition specialist with the College of Agriculture’s Department of Family and Consumer Sciences, received a certificate of appreciation for her work with WIN the Rockies during the 37th annual conference of the Society for Nutrition Education during the summer in Salt Lake City, Utah.
