MINDY MEULI - My professional goal has always been to make an impact in the area of community nutrition.  Working in dietetics as a clinical dietitian has taught me the importance of proper nutrition prior to disease development. 
The Cent$ible Nutrition Program educates food stamp recipients and people eligible for food stamps on nutrition and is a preventive program rather than therapeutic.
