The
Enhanced and Improved Oil Recovery Commission, authorized by the Wyoming
Legislature during its 2004 session, is charged with establishing a research
program at the Institute for Energy Research and Enhanced Oil Recovery at
the University of Wyoming. The statute also directs the commission to
establish improved technology transfer, intended to help industry with
access to and application of existing enhanced and improved oil recovery
technology.
