DIRECTOR
DR. ED A. MUŅOZ is the third Director of the Chicano Studies Program. Dr. Ed Muņoz is an Assistant Professor with the Criminal Justice Department and the Director of Chicano Studies at the University of Wyoming. In general, his research expertise deals with the Latin@ experience in the midwestern United States. His primary research is the investigation of racial/ethnic disparities in misdemeanor and felony sentencing decisions in rural Nebraska jurisdictions. Future projects include the investigation of how context and culture affect Mexican American family and individual physical/mental health and behavioral outcomes.
