The Data Master program is used in for mailing lists and data gathering. Go to Software Upgrades for the latest upgrade and current program version number.
The Data Master manual provides information on getting started with the program. It includes examples on setting up a data list, using the SQL (Structured Query Language) feature, and using DataMasterCentral.com. The manual is in pdf format.

This method can be used to add alumni 4-H members to the alumni list.

Create a Data Master mail merge file and use it as a source file in Word to
create labels.
Screen Resolution
Having problems seeing all the information in CES Reporting, 4HPlus!,
FairPlus!, and Data Master? Recent changes to these programs may
require a change in the Windows display property settings.
Transmit Selected Records [pdf]
Selected records in a Data Master list can be transmitted to other counties
or to the state. The Big Horn Basin Initiative Team Contact list is
used as an example.
