CES Reporting

The CES Reporting system is used to report extension time and contacts.  It is an online Internet system that can be used from any computer with Internet Explorer and access to the Internet.  A user access file can also be installed on a computer.  This allows access to the system without having to enter the user ID and password.

The web address is www.cesreporting.com.  The system can also be accessed by clicking the CES Reporting link under Quick Links.

User Access File

Access File  File name is UCESRAccess.exe.  It takes approximately 5 minutes to install and configure the access file.

Accessing the System

Install the User Access File & Add a Shortcut [pdf file]
The access file allows an easy way to log onto the CES Reporting system.  The user ID and password are entered one time using this method.

Direct Access
Users can attain direct access to the CES Reporting web site at any time, from any computer.

Changing the Password
It is recommended that the password be changed so other users cannot access the data.

Provides steps for entering and saving the reporting data.

Reports

Monthly Summary Report
The report lists the hours, program code, location, gender, and ethnicity information for each day of the month.  Summary information is included for programs and locations.

Print Memos [pdf]
Memos for a selected month can be printed.  They can also be printed based on program codes, words or phrases, and can be sorted in a variety of ways.

Backup Data
Each user can back up their data on the CES reporting system.

Screen Resolution
Having problems seeing all the information in CES Reporting, 4HPlus!, FairPlus!, and Data Master?  Recent changes to these programs may require a change in the Windows display property settings.
